Primarily designed for safe storage of flammable and combustible liquids, our aboveground steel storage tanks are available in variety of industry proven cylindrical, rectangular, vertical, single-walled, double-walled, and fire-rated designs. Our storage tanks are constructed and labeled in strict accordance with UL-142 standards and can be fabricated to API-650 specifications.
Hall Tank Company's underground steel tanks provide structural strength, product compatibility, and durability that far exceeds our competition. While designed to withstand the rigors of the underground environment; our tanks are excellent for storage of a wide range of petroleum products and other hazardous liquids. All our tanks meet or exceed the United States Environmental Protection Agency's regulations for underground storage of petroleum and chemical products. All of our tanks are constructed with the leading technology utilizing our employees average 15 years of tank-building experience and our 100% Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) quality rating. Our underground steel storage tanks are tested and labeled in strict accordance with Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. Standards (UL).
As part of the Clean Air Act of 1970, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has mandated that all on-road diesel vehicles manufactured January 1, 2010 or later must reduce the harmful NOx emissions. All diesel vehicles from class I to class 8 are included in this requirement. The Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) product is made by blending 0ne-third Urea and two-thirds de-ionized water. DEF product cannot be stored or dispensed using typical petroleum equipment. It is not compatible with carbon steel tanks or soft metals (iron, zinc, nickel, aluminum or copper). Hall Tank Company is proud to announce the only epoxy liner approved by the industy for carbon steel tanks that is compatible for use with DEF. The product has been certified by an independent third party testing lab to meet ISO 22241-1 standards.
